On October 20, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) rolled out its new website. The EOIR is composed of the (1) Immigration Courts; (2) Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the (3) Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO). Reuters talks to Pakistani tennis star Aisam ul-Haq, who made it to the men's doubles finals of the US Open this week about his immigration problems entering the US. He seems to maintain a positive attitude despite being regularly grilled by US immigration officials. Of course, he'll need some luck getting an O-1 or EB-1 approval since he didn't actually WIN the US Open. But that's another rant for another day.

Hi,
I didnot receive my EAD yet, the online status says that Approval notice was mailed on Oct. 1st.
I would like to know if anyone is facing the same issue.
Can anyone let me know how should i proceed in this regard?

Hi guys,
I am new to WPF. Pls help me in this.
I want to dynamically load any .xaml file which had 3D object. Now I am selecting one sample .xaml file using opendialog box. I rendered the Content to the window. Now I am able to do Zoom and Pan. But I am unable to do rotation.
Pls help me in this.

You don't get GC every month OR you are still under the influance with that open container thing.

yes. ur 140 is still valid. you don't need paystubs from company A, but its better to be working for company A the time you are filing 485 with them to make your case more authentic.

I requested for a document that got returned as undeliverable to be resent.
I first requested CSR and she gave me a referrral#.
Same day I spoke with IIO and she made the request again for me(before I could tell her I spoke with CSR)
Today I spoke with a CSR and gave her the referral# that the CSR gave me last week and this lady says she didn't find any information related to this referral# .She did say it does surprise her. She also said she will open a new request .
I was concerned if that will be kind of duplication of the work done by CSR & IIO last week and she said there is no need for such concern.
What does all this mean?
They open a request , give you a referral# and tell you the document will get mailed in 3-5 business days .
IIO says she has placed a request.
You go back after a week , and referral# has no information attached to it and this CSR says she 'll open new request.
Anybody has any idea?

I have a question on filling up this form
It asks for Alien Registration Number (In section 5) - can anyone tell me what to fill this up with, since I do not have Green card?
There is a slot for I-94 admissions# which I have filled up.

I have Bsc (3yrs) and MCM(3yrs) (MASTER OF COMPUTER MANAGEMENT) from india .
Degrees evaluation says "UNITED STATES DEGREE EQUIVALENT BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE"
6 yrs + experience prior to joining the current recruiter.
Am I eligible for EB2 category, as my employer says, EB2 be most likely would be rejected/denied and its a big risk

Lots of activity to report. Congressional Hispanic Caucus leaders met this week with President Obama who said he wants a vote during the Lame Duck and would work the phones to round up votes. Dear Friends,
I am traveling to canada for a conference. My H1-B is stamped on my old passport valid till 2012. In January 2010 I obtained a new passport from the indian embassy chicago as my old passport was getting expired. I will be traveling with both the passports.
Is it mandatory to transfer the visa from old to new pasport ?

I am Aug 07 filer , I was not able to submit my medicals with my I-485 application .
I got my medicals done with civil surgeon in sept 2007 and was waiting for RFE to submit the sealed cover . I never got a RFE but I got a interview at local office next month .
So can I submit the sealed cover that the civil surgeon filled in 2007 or do I need to get all the tests done again now and fill a new form .

Hello All,
I had attended H1 interview in last week of Nov 2007. I had got 221g BLUE form to submit additional documents from Petitioner.
I submitted all documents through VFS drop box in last week of Jan 2008. Does anyone has any idea within how many weeks time we will get some response from Chennai consulate?
I was not asked to submit passport and hence I havent submitted passport.
I appreciate any inputs from any one.
